Lately, a lot of folks around me are either hot tempered or just lacking some tact during conversations. Like my sister, who was fuming mad when I told her to pick me from Novena and she couldn’t find the place. She was literally bursting my ear drums about seeing the word “Velocity” instead of Novena from wherever she was parked. Get a grip, get a GPS!
And this isn’t the first time when I gave feedback and was told, this is how I am. Need to be straight and frank to achieve one’s purpose.
What happened to my dad’s and mom’s generation where we were told to take care of others’ feelings and put some thought into what words come out of the mouth?
I’m highly frustrated. I’m not the pushover they seem to think I am. If they continue to be so “bu ke qi”, i’m going to do the same.
