Bad service

Im a rather patient person. Hardly complain about service in eateries but this one really disgusted me.

I was in a rush to do a take away so that I can do my hair treatment during lunch. The bad experience started from the cashier. I didn’t even know that one must pay first before they pick out the items you order. She was definitely taking her time with taking orders and getting payment. From i first stepped into queue till i ordered and paid, 10 minutes passed. And there were only 2 persons before me.

Then after I got my queue number, I finally realize why she was taking her time. The 6-7 staff preparing food were moving like sloths and couldnt handle all the orders coming in. Some were just standing around staring blankly.

To make matters worse, some customer asked for a change in his order. So you see the staff outside the counter trying to talk to another who has this blur look on her face on what was the change and how they were going to handle the money problem with this request. She roped in some other staff to help and they were just repeating the story to one another without doing anything!!!

Another 15 minutes passed. Still no food. And they probably only served 3 customer by now.

A lady went up and pushed her queue number into their faces. They reluctantly passed it to another right in front of the plates of food and asked him to prepare. I saw and tried to do the same thing though I was still trying to be polite.

Then the man who tried to change order charged right up with two plates of curry. “if you are going to give me such watery curry, then don’t ask me for additional 50 cents. So how? You want me to lodge a complaint?!”

The staff stared open mouthed. Someone figured it was time to call the manager. he came and nodded to say don’t take the 50 cents.

I didn’t stay to watch anymore. Too painful. By then I have wasted 45 minutes of my precious lunch hour. They finally gave me the food. Cold food without even warming with microwave.

First time and the last definitely!
