Sent x for her dance class last Saturday. Asked the instructor on whether I can be inside along with k. If k disturbs the class we will come straight out. She said sure, of course we can be in the class to watch.
Half way through the class, the admin lady came in and very agitatedly asked if I needed to be in the studio. I told her no. But the class was going on so I didn’t elaborate further. She said I need to get out. Cos I had k with me, I was a little slow in getting up. She came back, hissed at me and said forget it, this time will be the last time.
It’s really not very nice being treated this way when I’m a paying customer. I would have obeyed all rules if laid out for me. And of course if I’m not allowed to be in the studio, I’ll leave when nicely told so.
I feel quite “hot” about this whole thing but then again if I let x dropped out cos I’m angry, it also doesn’t seem right.
What’s wrong with these people? How to be in service line if you behave like I owe you money.
There is a staff at the pre school who seems to be always in a bad mood too. It is almost painful to see her around. How to be nurturing and loving to kids if you go around looking like that. At least pretend you love your job and the parents dropping their kids off when there are parents around.
I’m still contemplating on whether I should complain or at least give some feedback to make this paying customer feel better.
